HOLY CRAP!

You all certainly stepped up the plate, huh?  The comments have been tallied up and this edition of #amerryworkoutpledge will be: (insert drumroll)

110 minutes and 30 seconds!

That equates to 221 comments! Holy crap, much?!?! :)

I was worried that I hadn’t given enough time for the comments to accumulate, but yeah, that definitely wasn’t an issue!  Granted, myself and a few others may have chimed in a bit with a few extra comments, but it’s all in good fun, right?  Don’t hate me :-P

Just like before, a TON of people have jumped on board too.  That is so great!

I’m still kind of torn as to how I want to go about this.  I love my running, obviously, but I sort of also want to try something different.  With that said, I think I’ll try biking this time around.  I’ve never really done anything on the bike for longer than 30minutes, so this will be an experience.

My workout begins at 4:30. When are you doing yours?

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

And remember, do what you can, and be careful!  No injuries allowed :)

It’s finals week, so I’m married to my schoolwork for the next couple days. But I’ll definitely take a 110 minute, 30 second break from it at some point. Probably tomorrow. :-)

I wish I could join, but I’m afraid I don’t have that much time available to me any time in the next couple days, unless I wanted to get up at 4am which is not desirable. I’ll definitely be in next time!

  7. Wow, what a great sign-up! I think it’s so much easier to work out when you know others are doing it too, it really empowers you to keep pushing towards the goal!

  8. I’m not doing 110 minutes, but I will throw my hat in for 60 minutes before I go home tonight!

I just finished up my merryworkout… since i’m training to speedwalk a half marathon in September, I decided to do a half-half today (6.4 miles) and see what my speed was, then cool-down walk the rest of my time. Made the 6.7 in 1hr 39 minutes, which is (if I can maintain that for a double distance) a good time to finish the Half marathon in the 4 hour time limit that the race has. Then I walked another mile or so cool down and finished up…

    whew.
