goals

Below I have put down a list of goals that I’d like to achieve while I am on this journey.  I will cross them out as they are completed, and put the completion date beside them. They aren’t in any particular order (expect the actually weight loss goals, I guess).

This list will probably grow, and if any readers have ideas for goals or challenges, please let me know and it might make the list!

-Lose 5 pounds
-Lose 10 pounds
-Lose 15 pounds

-Walk to my parents house one day (about 15 miles)
-Lose 20 pounds
-Lose 25 pounds
-Lose 30 pounds
-Walk to my parents house AND back (about 30 miles)
-Go 5.5mph on the treadmill for 30 minutes straight. 1/06/2009
-Burn 3500 calories (the equivalent of a pound) in one day
-Lose 35 pounds
-Lose 50 pounds
-Reach 200 pounds
-Sign up for Tae Kwon Do
-Lose 80 pounds
-Sign up for/run a 5k
-Sign up for/run a 10k
-Sign up for/run a half-marathon
-Sign up for/run a marathon!
-Fit into 30w pants
-NOT gain any weight over Thanksgiving weekend 12/01/2009
-NOT gain any weight over Christmas, either
-Go one week w/ NO Fast Food
-Go one weekend w/o eating out at all
-Get down to 15% body fat
-Get down to 10% body fat
-Lose enough weight to go skydiving (again)

    Those are some awesome goals!!!! I just ran my first 8k. I’m training for Hood To Coast Relay Race this August.
